Operational Excellence Manager

We are seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to lead continuous improvement efforts across a multi-site manufacturing and distribution environment. This role will focus on improving efficiency, quality, and consistency while helping build a strong culture of accountability and problem solving. In this position, you will guide and support a team responsible for process improvement activities, while partnering closely with operations leaders and frontline staff. You will identify opportunities to reduce waste, streamline workflows, and deliver projects that support broader business goals. The role also includes facilitating improvement workshops, conducting root-cause analysis, and using data to track results and report progress to leadership. You will help develop training on lean practices, process improvement, and related tools so that teams across the organization can apply these methods effectively. A strong shop-floor presence is important, along with the ability to connect day-to-day operations with long-term performance goals. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline such as engineering, business, or operations, along with several years of experience in operational excellence or process improvement. Lean Six Sigma certification is required, and advanced certification is an asset. Strong analytical, project management, communication, and facilitation skills are essential, as is experience using data and process-mapping tools.
