Occupational Therapist - Adult - Clinical Lead

We are seeking a Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist specializing in adult care to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing clients in their homes and providing evidence-based recommendations and interventions. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated delivery of services, promoting client independence and well-being. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, implementing therapy interventions, and documenting treatment plans and progress. You will also provide mentorship and support to other Occupational Therapists and service providers, particularly in challenging clinical situations, and assist with the orientation of new staff. Participation in best practice initiatives and continuous quality improvement efforts is essential. The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and hold relevant professional membership. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team are crucial. You will be expected to participate in a weekend on-call roster as needed. The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $130,000, depending on experience and service volume.
