We are seeking a senior sales leader to oversee national growth across multiple regions. The role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with decision-makers in residential construction and related sectors, including developers, property management organizations, contractors, renovators, retirement living, and select public sector accounts. This position provides leadership to regional managers, support staff, and field sales teams, with responsibility for driving revenue, improving customer experience, and supporting business development efforts. You will help shape sales strategy, guide proposal and pricing activity, and work closely with internal teams to secure projects of varying size and complexity. The role also involves coaching team members, strengthening performance, and helping recruit and develop new sales talent as needed. A key part of the position is aligning sales activity with operations, delivery, and installation teams to support service quality and project execution across the country. You will also help monitor inventory planning, allocation, and product availability to support customer commitments. The ideal candidate has a background in business or marketing and several years of success leading B2B sales teams. Experience working with suppliers, distributors, or dealers in the construction and development market is an asset. Strong leadership, commercial judgment, organizational skills, and P&L experience are important. Total on-target earnings are approximately $250,000 annually.
