MEP Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced MEP project leader to manage mechanical and electrical work across a range of building projects from early planning through construction closeout. This role is suited to someone who can balance technical coordination, client communication, and day-to-day project management while supporting a multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for guiding project delivery, helping with proposals, and serving as a primary contact for clients and other stakeholders. A key part of the role is coordinating design efforts across internal and external disciplines to support practical, buildable, and high-performing solutions. You will also review drawings and design outputs for accuracy, code compliance, and alignment with project requirements. The position includes providing technical support to designers and junior staff, working through construction-stage issues with contractors and the design team, and contributing to site visits and field review documentation when needed. In addition, you may be asked to assist with other tasks related to project delivery. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field. Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to manage several projects at once, stay detail-oriented, and adapt to changing priorities.
