Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to support equipment reliability and maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment. In this role, you will help keep production machinery running safely and efficiently by performing inspections, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Key responsibilities include diagnosing equipment failures, repairing mechanical components, supporting installation and setup of new machinery, and working with production teams to reduce downtime. You will also contribute to maintenance planning, document work performed, and help improve equipment performance through practical problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with industrial mechanical systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Experience in a regulated or fast-paced production setting is an asset. A background in mechanical engineering, maintenance engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with solid knowledge of safety practices and equipment maintenance procedures.
