Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a mechanical engineer to support the design and development of mechanical and hydraulic equipment for an onsite role in Surrey, BC. This position is suited to someone with several years of relevant experience and a strong background in mechanical design, electromechanical systems, and CAD-based engineering work. In this role, you will contribute to the creation and refinement of equipment and assemblies, working through concept development, detailed design, and support for testing and implementation. You will collaborate with internal teams to solve design challenges, improve product performance, and ensure solutions meet technical and operational requirements. The ideal candidate has 4 to 8 years of professional experience and is comfortable working across mechanical engineering and mechatronic applications. Strong CAD skills are important, along with the ability to interpret technical requirements and turn them into practical designs. Experience with hydraulic systems is an asset. This is a full-time onsite opportunity with a salary range of CAD $80,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
