Mechanical Design Engineer

We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to support the development of mechanical systems and components for complex, safety-focused applications. In this role, you will contribute to the design, analysis, and improvement of parts and assemblies, working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to bring concepts through to production. Responsibilities include creating and updating design documentation, developing technical solutions to meet functional and performance requirements, and supporting testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities. You may also collaborate on design reviews, evaluate manufacturing feasibility, and help resolve issues related to fit, function, and reliability. The ideal candidate has experience with mechanical design work, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment. Familiarity with engineering standards, design tools, and production processes is beneficial. A background in high-reliability industries such as aerospace, defense, or similar technical sectors is an asset.
