Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, communications, and project work within a financial services environment. This role partners closely with internal teams and external vendors to keep work moving from request through launch, ensuring materials are accurate, well-coordinated, and ready for publication. The successful candidate will help manage timelines, follow up on deliverables, and identify issues or gaps before they affect delivery. You will support a range of marketing activities across digital and traditional channels, including web, email, print, in-branch materials, and other member communications. The role also involves acting as a marketing contact for assigned initiatives, helping gather requirements, align stakeholders, and translate business needs into practical marketing outputs. In addition, this position contributes to content development by drafting and refining customer-facing messaging so it is clear, consistent, and appropriate for the channel. Strong attention to detail, good judgment, and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities are important.
