We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of marketing strategies for a software-focused business. This role will contribute to a wide range of marketing activities, including creating collateral, managing social media, coordinating events, supporting digital campaigns, and helping generate leads. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, organized, and able to communicate effectively across teams and with external partners.
Responsibilities include supporting marketing strategy and campaign execution; collaborating with internal teams to develop case studies, white papers, blog posts, presentations, infographics, and other content; creating sales enablement materials to support lead generation efforts; managing social media content and engagement; producing content across multiple formats to support audience engagement and marketing goals; assisting with public relations and visibility initiatives; coordinating webinars, trade shows, conferences, and other events; tracking and reporting on key metrics such as leads, search performance, and campaign results; supporting email and search marketing efforts; maintaining the marketing asset library; updating website content; and conducting market and competitor research.
Qualifications include 3-4 years of experience in marketing or a similar role, a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with marketing automation tools, SaaS or enterprise software marketing, Microsoft Office, Google analytics and advertising tools, LinkedIn analytics, Salesforce, and Canva is preferred. A proactive, self-starting approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are important.
