Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a marketing professional to support assigned initiatives and help drive day-to-day promotional efforts. This role combines project coordination, content writing, and sales support, with a focus on keeping tasks organized and moving forward on schedule. You will work across different internal priorities, helping prepare materials, support campaigns, and assist with communication efforts that strengthen customer engagement. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling multiple projects at once, has strong written communication skills, and can contribute to both marketing and sales-related activities. Experience with website content management is helpful, along with the ability to adapt to changing needs and work collaboratively with different teams. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required for this position. This is a hybrid role based in Calgary, offering a mix of remote and on-site work. We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to support a variety of marketing tasks in a professional environment.
