We are seeking a versatile marketing professional to support a growing organization with a mix of digital, creative, and operational projects. This is an on-site role for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and can move between campaign execution, website updates, lead generation, and reporting without losing attention to detail.
Responsibilities may include managing paid digital campaigns, improving landing pages, updating website content, and reviewing performance data to guide decisions. You may also help create flyers, email campaigns, newsletters, and other promotional materials, while supporting recruitment-focused outreach and follow-up efforts. In addition, the role includes maintaining marketing automations, working with CRM pipelines, coordinating marketing assets for different teams, and assisting with new location or expansion initiatives.
The ideal candidate is organized, creative, analytical, and comfortable working both independently and with leadership. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are important. Experience with common digital marketing, website, design, analytics, and CRM tools is helpful, and familiarity with newer content creation tools is a plus.
This position offers a full-time weekday schedule and hourly pay in the range of $30 to $35, based on experience.
