Marketing Project Manager

We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager who excels in bringing clarity to complex projects and ensuring teams deliver high-quality work on time and within budget. As a Marketing Project Manager, you will lead the day-to-day execution of intricate marketing projects across various domains, including branding, websites, and digital strategies. This client-facing position requires effective communication with clients, leadership, and delivery teams to manage expectations, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and schedules; facilitating client and internal meetings; managing project scope and preventing scope creep; and protecting delivery teams from unmanaged requests. You will also oversee project onboarding and offboarding, maintain project management tools, track budgets and project health, and identify opportunities for process improvement. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of experience managing complex client-facing projects, preferably in an agency or service-based environment. Strong organizational skills, confidence in client interactions, and the ability to navigate ambiguity are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required. This position offers flexibility in work arrangements and may involve occasional travel for client meetings.
