We are seeking a Marketing Lifecycle Manager to drive the transition from lead generation to closed sales in a dynamic environment. This data-driven role is essential for developing and optimizing strategies that convert interest into revenue. You will manage segmentation, lead scoring, attribution, and workflows that guide prospects through the sales funnel, bringing innovative ideas to enhance these processes.
Key responsibilities include designing and managing nurture programs across various channels such as email and SMS, ensuring prospects remain engaged and are effectively moved towards making purchasing decisions. You will maintain and optimize audience segmentation, creating interest-based segments and behavioral triggers tailored to buyer motivations.
Collaboration with sales teams is crucial to identify areas where leads may stall and to create materials that address common objections. You will analyze funnel performance using reporting tools to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements while being accountable for performance metrics, including lead-to-appointment conversion rates and sales-readiness indicators.
Candidates should have 4–6 years of lifecycle or CRM marketing experience, particularly in high-growth or startup settings. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, especially in building lead scoring models and managing workflows, is required. Familiarity with various marketing channels and experience in adapting programs across different geographies will be advantageous.
