Marketing Director

We are seeking a senior marketing leader to drive growth, performance, and execution across a portfolio of consumer brands for children, teens, and families. This role combines strategy and hands-on delivery: you will set the direction, align the team, and also stay close to the data, campaigns, briefs, content plans, and operational details when needed. The mandate is to strengthen awareness, customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and profitable growth while improving the quality and consistency of execution. You will be expected to turn business and financial priorities into clear marketing plans, identify promising segments and channels, and test new opportunities quickly. Core responsibilities include owning acquisition and retention efforts across paid media, CRM, segmentation, and loyalty. You will monitor performance closely, with a strong focus on customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, conversion, repeat purchase behavior, and lifetime value. The role also includes building useful reporting tools to support faster decision-making. You will lead go-to-market planning for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activity, ensuring coordination across digital commerce, retail, social content, merchandising, and commercial teams. In addition, you will help elevate brand storytelling, oversee content and social planning, and build a culture of accountability, speed, and continuous improvement.
