We are seeking a full-time professional to support both marketing activities and office administration within a busy manufacturing environment. This role works closely with senior leadership and contributes to day-to-day business operations, helping keep communication, organization, and internal coordination running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include assisting with marketing-related tasks, maintaining office processes, supporting document management, and helping with general administrative duties as needed. The position may also involve coordinating schedules, preparing basic materials, handling correspondence, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflow.
The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable balancing creative support with administrative responsibilities. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are important. Prior experience in marketing support, office administration, or a similar role is an asset. Familiarity with standard office software and a professional, service-oriented approach will be valued.
