Manufacturing Supervisor

We are seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily production activities in a fast-paced plant environment. This is a permanent, full-time leadership role with flexibility across shifts. The successful candidate will guide a team of production employees, support safe and efficient operations, and help ensure output, quality, and service goals are met. In this role, you will provide hands-on supervision, coaching, and performance support for frontline staff. You will coordinate staffing, scheduling, attendance, and productivity while helping to maintain a positive, accountable workplace. You will also work closely with other functions such as maintenance, quality, engineering, and supply chain to address issues that affect production flow. A key part of the position is supporting continuous improvement efforts aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing waste, and strengthening overall performance. You will review production information and key metrics, identify trends or root causes, and help implement practical solutions. Experience in a unionized environment is an asset, along with the ability to apply workplace agreements and handle employee relations matters professionally. The ideal candidate has previous supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and develop a team in a high-volume production setting.
