Manufacturing Supervisor

We are seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a night-shift production team in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role oversees daily operations across production, purification, isolation, and packaging activities, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence. You will guide team leads and operators to meet department output goals, review completed production records for accuracy and completeness, and help ensure any documentation issues are resolved. The position also involves supporting updates to batch records and work instructions, coordinating material and equipment readiness, and making sure processing areas are prepared for planned work. In addition, you will help identify and solve equipment, process, and facility issues, and may contribute to risk assessments and process improvements. Other responsibilities include supporting hiring, training, and performance reviews, participating in audits and inspections, attending client discussions when needed, and working with cross-functional teams to maintain quality and on-time delivery. Some after-hours support may be required. This role requires the ability to work 12-hour shifts, perform occasional heavy lifting, and use required personal protective equipment. A high school diploma and relevant technical experience are required, along with strong communication, judgment, and comfort working with common business software. Supervisory experience, GMP experience, and a science-related post-secondary credential are preferred.
