Manufacturing Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced operations leader to oversee production and warehouse activities within a growing manufacturing environment. In this role, you will guide frontline supervisors, support daily execution, and help strengthen overall performance through better planning, process improvement, and teamwork. You will also play an important part in rolling out operational changes, supporting new systems, and making sure teams adopt updated ways of working. Your responsibilities will include coaching and developing supervisors, monitoring quality and safety expectations, and helping resolve issues that affect productivity. You will work to improve workflows, labor planning, inventory control, storage, and shipping performance. The role also involves participating in budget follow-up, tracking key performance indicators, preparing performance reports, and working with other departments to support business goals. The ideal candidate has a degree in a relevant field and several years of experience in manufacturing operations and people management. Strong leadership, a hands-on approach, and the ability to develop and engage teams are essential. You should be comfortable working in both French and English, have solid computer skills, and be familiar with ERP-based environments. Experience with system implementation or operational improvement projects is considered an asset.
