Manufacturing Manager

We are seeking a hands-on manufacturing leader to oversee a panel fabrication operation and help build a new production team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day shop activities and keep work moving smoothly between estimating, design coordination, production, finishing, and delivery. The position calls for someone who can bring structure to a growing operation, improve workflows, and support a positive and productive team environment. You will be responsible for coordinating schedules, tracking budgets and inventory, and reviewing performance to help ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time. A key part of the role is working closely with related teams to resolve issues, maintain quality standards, and keep projects progressing from planning through installation. You will also support workplace health and safety and help maintain compliance with applicable safety requirements. The ideal candidate has several years of experience in wood frame construction, along with background in operations or project management. Experience in prefab or modular production is an asset. Strong communication, problem-solving ability, and comfort working in a fast-paced, practical environment are important. This is a full-time role based in Yukon, with relocation or rotational arrangements potentially available for the right candidate.
