Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support injection molding operations in an onsite environment. This position is centered on improving process performance, assisting with new product introductions, and helping maintain efficient production in a high-volume manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of experience in automotive manufacturing and a strong background in injection molding. You should be comfortable analyzing current production methods, identifying opportunities for improvement, and working cross-functionally to implement practical solutions that support quality, output, and consistency. Key responsibilities include evaluating molding processes, driving process optimization efforts, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. This role also involves supporting the launch of new products and helping ensure manufacturing readiness from early planning through production ramp-up. We are looking for someone with hands-on technical knowledge, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with operations, quality, and other internal teams are important for success in this role.
