Manufacturing Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced manufacturing professional to help connect engineering and production and support improvements on the shop floor. This role is well suited to someone with a strong hands-on background in areas such as fabrication, maintenance, mechanical repair, millwright work, or production leadership who is ready to move into a more coordinated, technical position. The main focus is to make sure designs can be built efficiently, to support smooth day-to-day operations, and to help solve production issues as they come up. You will work closely with engineers, supervisors, and production staff to review drawings, identify practical concerns, assist with process updates, and help implement changes in a clear and organized way. The position also involves contributing to quality, safety, and efficiency improvements, along with documenting procedures and work instructions where needed. This is a full-time, on-site role with weekday hours and possible overtime. Compensation is in the range of $55,000 to $75,000 per year, based on experience, along with a competitive benefits package. Candidates should have several years of relevant manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to interpret technical drawings, and good communication and problem-solving skills. Prior exposure to process improvement or supervisory responsibilities is an asset.
