We are seeking an experienced technology leader to oversee a customer loyalty platform environment and the teams that support it. In this role, you will guide solution strategy, day-to-day operations, delivery planning, and external partner coordination for a set of business-critical digital platforms. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure the systems are stable, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.
This position includes people leadership responsibilities, such as coaching a multi-disciplinary team, supporting performance and development, and encouraging strong delivery practices. You will help maintain a healthy backlog, support sprint execution, and keep work moving across incident response, enhancements, and longer-term roadmap items.
A key part of the role is balancing operational support with new solution delivery. You will oversee platform reliability, manage priorities between ongoing support and new capabilities, and make sure service expectations are met. You will also coordinate release planning, partner management, and communication with internal teams across marketing, digital, data, operations, and technology.
The ideal candidate has experience leading enterprise solution teams, working with loyalty or similar customer-facing platforms, and translating business needs into practical technical outcomes. Strong communication, collaboration, and vendor management skills are essential, along with a background in agile delivery and production support.
