Full-time opportunity for a Manager, Technology Solutions – Loyalty. This role can be based in Mississauga, ON or Halifax, NS.
The Manager will lead a multi-skilled technology team supporting loyalty platforms and related digital solutions. Responsibilities include people leadership, solution strategy, platform operations, roadmap delivery, vendor management, and stakeholder collaboration. The role oversees day-to-day operations, incident management, service performance, and continual improvement for loyalty systems, while balancing ongoing support with new capability delivery.
Key duties include developing and refining the technology strategy and roadmap in partnership with business stakeholders, ensuring solutions align with architecture standards and enterprise processes, and translating business objectives into technical outcomes. The role also owns backlog management, release coordination, and delivery oversight across incidents, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
In addition, the Manager will act as the main technology contact for external partners and vendors, manage delivery expectations, and support collaboration with internal teams across marketing, digital, data, operations, ecommerce, and technology. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with proven experience leading solution teams in an enterprise environment. Loyalty or platform experience is considered an asset.
