A dynamic Manager of the Project Management Office (PMO) is sought for a full-time, permanent position within a fast-paced architectural metal fabrication and manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to the project management function by establishing methodologies, standardizing processes, improving execution performance, and driving consistency across client delivery. The PMO Manager will oversee Project Managers and Project Coordinators while serving as a senior escalation point for complex projects, operational issues, client concerns, and cross-functional coordination challenges. Collaboration is key, as this individual will partner with various departments to ensure successful project execution from award through installation and closeout. Responsibilities include leading and developing the project management team, establishing performance expectations, conducting workload planning, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The PMO Manager will also develop standardized project management methodologies, establish project governance standards, identify process gaps, and drive operational process improvements. The annual compensation for this position ranges from $140,000 to $170,000, depending on experience. The role requires on-site presence four days a week. Candidates should possess strong leadership skills, a background in project management, and the ability to drive improvements in project execution and client experience.
