We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and enhance business operations within a dynamic environment. This role is crucial in driving profitability, market share, and ensuring high levels of customer and employee satisfaction. The Operations Manager will be responsible for directing and coordinating all aspects of branch operations and personnel development.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with senior management to assess branch performance and align on financial goals, overseeing operational functions such as customer service, human resources, and administration, and analyzing market conditions to identify sales opportunities. The role also involves supporting the sales team in developing financial forecasts and strategic business plans, ensuring optimal staffing, and providing training and motivation to team members.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a management position, preferably within a construction or equipment rental environment. A college diploma or university degree in business or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in profit and loss management, budgeting, and implementing sales strategies is essential. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are required, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
