As the Manager of Customer Success, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and driving their post-deployment adoption, leading to renewals, expansions, and positive references. Reporting to the VP of Customer Success, you will contribute to the development and execution of Customer Success strategies to enhance the customer journey and foster long-term relationships.
This remote position is open to candidates across Canada, with travel required up to 25%. Candidates must possess a valid passport and be eligible for travel within North America.
Key responsibilities include managing the Customer Success journey from onboarding to product adoption, increasing customer engagement through visit plans and campaigns, and achieving Customer Success KPIs. You will collaborate with various teams to address customer needs and facilitate training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or relevant postgraduate experience in a technical field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the software industry, interacting with clients in roles such as support, product management, or sales. Strong consultative skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and a willingness to travel are essential for this role.
Compensation for this position ranges from CAD 90,000 to CAD 95,000, along with additional benefits.
