MANAGER OF CLINICAL SERVICES – CHILD AND FAMILY THERAPISTS, DAY TREATMENT (Long-Term Contract until March 30, 2029) This role is a full-time contract position responsible for providing leadership and direction in clinical services related to child and family therapy. The Manager of Clinical Services will oversee the planning, implementation, and assessment of services within a Day Treatment Program, supporting staff with assessments, treatment plans, and counseling utilizing evidence-based practices. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with ethical standards and quality assurance, monitoring service delivery according to clinical frameworks, and maintaining professional relationships with community partners. The Manager will communicate service needs and outcomes to staff and stakeholders, review program referrals, and assign therapists accordingly. Additionally, this position requires active participation in treatment planning, implementation of quality assurance processes, and ongoing professional development to stay current with industry best practices. Candidates should possess strong leadership skills, a commitment to ethical conduct, and the ability to foster a positive workplace culture. The salary range for this position is approximately $86,645 - $91,922, with benefits including extended health and dental coverage, an employee assistance program, and a retirement savings plan. Travel within the region may be required.
