We are seeking a Manager of Clinical Services specializing in Child and Youth Mental Health. This role involves overseeing day-to-day service operations, managing staff, delivering programs, and fostering relationships with clients and community partners. As a key member of the leadership team, the manager will align with the organization's mission and values.
Qualifications include a minimum of five years of progressive experience in a relevant field, including direct clinical and client service experience. Management experience in a clinical setting is preferred. Candidates should possess extensive knowledge of evidence-based clinical practices, anti-oppressive practices related to equity, diversity, and inclusion, as well as experience in program development and evaluation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical risk analysis, human resources management, and experience collaborating with community partners. Excellent communication skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution, are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with client and human resources information systems are also required.
A Master's degree in Health Sciences or a related field, along with registration as a regulated health professional in Ontario, is preferred. Successful applicants must provide proof of eligibility to work in Canada, a valid driver's license, and a clear police record check.
This is a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary range based on education and experience. The role is based in multiple locations.
