We are seeking a Manager of Marketing Performance and Optimization to enhance the effectiveness of digital marketing and engagement initiatives through data-driven insights. This role will focus on improving performance, user experience, and outcomes across various digital channels. Reporting to the Executive Director of Digital Marketing, the Manager will serve as a strategic advisor, promoting data-informed marketing practices. Key responsibilities include leading performance analysis across digital campaigns, web journeys, email, and social media channels, utilizing enterprise dashboards and key performance indicators. The Manager will interpret trends to optimize campaigns and identify opportunities for improved engagement and conversion outcomes. Collaboration with marketing colleagues, IT and data teams, and external agencies will be essential to foster a test-and-learn culture that enhances results. The role also involves leading structured A/B and multivariate testing, developing an experimentation roadmap, and ensuring tests are methodologically sound. The Manager will translate performance data into actionable insights, presenting findings to stakeholders to support decision-making. A flexible hybrid work arrangement is available, and the salary range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000 annually, based on skills and experience. Candidates should have a strong background in digital marketing analytics and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
