Manager, Manufacturing Quality

We are seeking a Manager of Manufacturing Quality to oversee and enhance the quality function within a marine instrumentation business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a unified, data-driven quality system across multiple business units. This role involves building a quality data ecosystem, ensuring that non-conformance (NC) issues are efficiently managed, and driving root cause analysis (RCA) to resolution. Key responsibilities include standardizing quality processes across all business units, integrating new acquisitions into the quality system within 180 days, and leading monthly quality reviews to present actionable insights to leadership. The Manager will also maintain the non-conformance reporting process, manage corrective action plans (CAPAs), and ensure that quality metrics are captured and analyzed effectively. Candidates should possess strong leadership skills, a commitment to quality improvement, and the ability to collaborate across teams. A background in quality management within a manufacturing or engineering environment is preferred.
