Manager, FP&A

The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for overseeing strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis functions within the organization. This role involves guiding the development of budgets and forecasts that align with corporate objectives, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing essential insights to senior management for informed decision-making. The Manager, FP&A will conduct detailed financial analyses, support capital allocation, and drive operational efficiency initiatives across the organization. Key responsibilities include leading the consolidation of the annual budget and latest estimates, collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment and rigor in financial assumptions, and supporting long-range strategic planning efforts. The role also entails driving budget-to-actual analysis, developing standardized financial reports, and preparing analytical presentations for executive leadership. Candidates should possess strong financial discipline, a collaborative leadership style, and a passion for building effective processes and teams. Proficiency in Excel and experience with FP&A tools are required, along with the ability to adapt financial forecasts to changing priorities. A CPA, CFA, or MBA is preferred, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
