Manager, Finance Full-time, permanent Salary: $100,000–$117,647 annually This role leads the day-to-day delivery and ongoing improvement of financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, treasury, reporting, and audit support. It is responsible for maintaining financial integrity, supporting regulatory compliance, and helping improve operational effectiveness across the finance function. Working in close partnership with executive leadership, this position provides financial analysis, reporting, and insights to support strategic planning, resource allocation, and long-term financial sustainability. The role also requires a strong understanding of existing systems, workflows, and controls to help guide practical process improvements and technology-enabled efficiency initiatives. Key responsibilities include overseeing financial statements, forecasts, budgeting, and variance analysis; maintaining general ledger processes and internal controls; and supporting treasury and cost control activities. The position leads and develops finance staff through coaching, performance management, hiring, training, and succession planning. It also collaborates with senior leaders on financial strategies, policies, and procedures. Additional responsibilities include supporting scenario analysis and stress testing, contributing to asset and liability planning, and recommending rate changes for lending and deposit products. The role also oversees rate maintenance across internal systems to help ensure accuracy and consistency.
