Manager, Donor Relations

Additionally, the role involves maintaining knowledge of donor recognition policies and guidelines, managing staff, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. Candidates should possess a post-secondary degree in a relevant field and have a minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in donor relations or fundraising, preferably within a healthcare or nonprofit environment. Strong knowledge of donor-centric principles and experience with donor databases are essential. The position offers a salary range of $83,000 to $110,000, with an expected hiring range of $90,000 to $100,000, and includes extended health benefits and eligibility for a pension plan.
