Manager AI Controls Integration We are seeking a Manager, AI Controls Integration to lead a technical integration team responsible for delivering scalable, high-quality AI-enabled building control solutions. This role oversees day-to-day execution across integration and project activities, ensuring work stays on track, within scope, and aligned with stakeholder needs. You will translate leadership priorities into clear plans, schedules, and team objectives; act as the main escalation point for operational and project issues; and coordinate resolution efforts with internal cross-functional partners. The role requires close collaboration with post-deployment, operations, development, sales, and other teams to support smooth handoffs, consistent communication, and reliable delivery. Key responsibilities include monitoring performance through KPIs, dashboards, and timelines; providing regular status updates to leadership; maintaining workflow standards; and driving improvements in efficiency, quality, and repeatability. You will also support capacity planning, training coordination, skill development, and readiness for upcoming deployment cycles. In addition, this position involves identifying opportunities to apply AI-driven tools, automation, and process improvements to optimize workload management and operational performance. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, building, electrical engineering, or a related technical field; 5+ years of experience in building automation, controls, HVAC systems, or technical deployment environments; and at least 2 years of experience leading technical teams. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, building management systems, and controls frameworks is needed, along with experience in data integration and tagging standards. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and process improvement skills are essential.
