Maintenance Technician Apprentice

We are seeking a maintenance apprentice to help keep production equipment running smoothly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This full-time, onsite role is focused on preventive maintenance, basic repairs, troubleshooting, and supporting day-to-day equipment reliability. The position also contributes to ongoing process improvements and clear communication about maintenance work and production issues. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in an industrial electrical apprenticeship and a solid foundation in both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and comfort working around production equipment are important. Experience preparing maintenance or production reports is also valued. This role offers an hourly wage in the range of $32.78 to $41.52, depending on experience and qualifications. It is a unionized position with the opportunity to grow technical skills in a hands-on setting. Candidates should be able to work onsite and collaborate with production and maintenance teams to help ensure safe, efficient operations.
