Maintenance Systems Specialist

We are seeking a Maintenance Systems Specialist to support and improve computerized maintenance workflows across multiple sites. In this role, you will help ensure maintenance information is well organized, accurate, and used effectively to support day-to-day operations and long-term planning. Key responsibilities include maintaining and optimizing the maintenance management system, reviewing data for trends and opportunities, and coordinating improvements with operational and technical teams. You will also assist with project coordination, help standardize processes, and support reporting that contributes to better decision-making. The ideal candidate has at least three years of relevant experience and brings strong knowledge of maintenance management systems, solid analytical ability, and experience managing or supporting projects. You should be comfortable working in a hybrid environment and collaborating with different stakeholders to improve efficiency and reliability.
