Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance activities in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for coordinating repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment reliability to help keep operations running safely and efficiently. You will supervise maintenance staff, assign work, monitor priorities, and support troubleshooting when equipment issues arise. The ideal candidate has experience in industrial maintenance and a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems used in production settings. You should be comfortable working with schedules, maintenance records, and safety procedures, while helping reduce downtime and support continuous improvement efforts. This position also involves communicating with operations and other internal teams to plan maintenance work with minimal disruption to production. Successful candidates are organized, hands-on, and able to balance leadership responsibilities with technical problem-solving. Experience mentoring team members, managing contractors, and maintaining compliance with workplace safety standards is valuable.
