Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across multiple residential properties. In this role, you will report to the senior property manager and lead a team responsible for day-to-day repairs, upkeep, and service delivery. You will help ensure resident spaces, common areas, and building systems are maintained to a high standard, while also supporting smooth turnover work and housekeeping coordination. Key responsibilities include assigning and monitoring work for maintenance staff, reviewing service requests, completing or directing minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and basic electrical tasks, and ensuring tools and equipment are used and stored properly. You will also inspect grounds, facilities, and mechanical areas for repair needs and preventive maintenance opportunities, and escalate issues that may affect safety, budgets, or operations. A strong focus on health and safety compliance, hazard identification, documentation, and professional resident service is essential. This position also includes emergency on-call coverage and participation in required training. The successful candidate will have several years of maintenance experience, prior supervisory experience, and the flexibility to work varied shifts as needed. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and post-secondary education in a related field is considered an asset. Salary is competitive and includes bonus potential.
