Maintenance Supervisor – Multi-Site We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across multiple residential properties. In this hands-on leadership role, you will report to the Property Manager and help ensure safe, efficient, and well-maintained communities for residents and staff. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance, housekeeping, and support staff; managing service requests and ensuring timely completion of interior, exterior, and common area repairs; overseeing turnover work; and coordinating routine plumbing, carpentry, painting, basic electrical repairs, and preventive maintenance. You will inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment, identify repair needs, maintain safe and organized work areas, and document maintenance activities accurately. This role also involves supporting health and safety compliance, responding to emergency calls as needed, and delivering professional customer service at all times. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, with post-secondary education in a related field considered an asset. A minimum of 7 years of maintenance or related experience and at least 2 years in a supervisory role are required. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with flexibility to work various shifts and on-call as required. Compensation is competitive, with a salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 plus bonus, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
