Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee building systems and repair operations for a hospitality property. This role is responsible for keeping guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces safe, functional, and well maintained. The successful candidate will lead day-to-day maintenance activities, coordinate preventative maintenance programs, respond to urgent repairs, and help ensure smooth operations across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general facility systems. You will supervise maintenance staff and outside contractors as needed, assign work orders, monitor completion, and maintain high standards for safety and reliability. Strong troubleshooting skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position also involves planning routine inspections, supporting capital and improvement projects, tracking supplies, and working closely with other departments to minimize disruption to guests and operations. Applicants should have previous experience in hotel or commercial property maintenance, including team leadership and hands-on technical work. Knowledge of facility equipment, maintenance scheduling, and safety practices is important. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage both people and systems are key to success in this role.
