Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep of facilities, equipment, and company vehicles. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines team management with day-to-day technical problem solving. The right candidate will coordinate maintenance activities, guide staff, and help ensure operations run smoothly and safely. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance work, diagnosing issues with equipment and systems, supporting repairs and fabricating solutions when needed, and keeping assets in reliable working condition. You will also communicate priorities clearly, organize workloads, and collaborate with others to resolve operational challenges efficiently. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in maintenance or a similar technical environment, along with strong leadership, communication, and troubleshooting abilities. A practical, detail-oriented approach is important, as is the ability to work onsite and remain engaged in both planning and hands-on tasks. This position offers an hourly wage of $43.00 to $47.00.
