Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at a modern bulk handling and export facility. This role is responsible for overseeing the upkeep, reliability, and performance of terminal equipment and systems to support safe and efficient operations. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, manage repair activities, and work closely with operations teams to minimize downtime and keep production moving. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day direction to maintenance staff and contractors, plan work schedules, monitor asset condition, and help prioritize maintenance tasks based on operational needs. You will also support budgeting, parts and inventory planning, compliance with safety standards, and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving equipment reliability and overall site performance. This position requires strong leadership, hands-on technical knowledge, and the ability to solve problems in a fast-paced industrial environment. Experience in maintenance management within a heavy industrial, logistics, or terminal setting is preferred. A focus on safety, teamwork, and operational excellence is essential.
