Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations and ensure guest comfort and safety in a hospitality environment. The successful candidate will manage a team, coordinate maintenance projects, and uphold operational standards. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in facilities maintenance, with at least 1 year of leadership experience preferred. Key skills required for this position include proficiency in electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC. This is an onsite position. The salary range for this role is between $60,000 and $65,000.
