Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee upkeep, repairs, and day-to-day maintenance operations for a hospitality property. This role is responsible for leading a maintenance team, supporting a high standard of guest experience, and helping ensure the facility remains safe, functional, and well maintained. The right candidate will bring at least two years of experience managing maintenance operations in a hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of workplace safety practices is important, along with clear communication skills and the ability to coordinate priorities effectively. Budget awareness and the ability to manage resources responsibly are also key parts of the position. This is a hybrid role tied to a new property launch, offering the opportunity to contribute to building maintenance processes and procedures in a growing environment. The successful candidate should be comfortable working independently, collaborating with other departments, and responding to operational needs as they arise.
