Logistics Manager

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee transportation planning, compliance, and cost control across daily operations. This role is responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, improving workflow efficiency, and ensuring shipments are handled accurately and on schedule. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain smooth operations and support business goals. Key responsibilities include managing transport activities, monitoring regulatory requirements, preparing and tracking budgets, and identifying opportunities to improve service levels and reduce expenses. You will also help resolve operational issues, support vendor coordination, and ensure procedures are followed consistently. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations. Experience with compliance processes, budgeting, and team coordination is highly valued. This is a hybrid position offering a salary range of $90,000 to $110,000, along with competitive benefits.
