Logistics Manager

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee the flow of goods within a busy food processing and distribution operation. This role is responsible for coordinating shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and delivery schedules to help ensure products move efficiently from facility to customers and partners. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day logistics activities, monitor transportation needs, and work closely with internal teams to support timely order fulfillment. Key responsibilities include planning distribution schedules, resolving shipping issues, maintaining accurate records, and helping improve warehouse and transportation processes. You will also be expected to support compliance with operational procedures and contribute to safe, organized, and efficient workflow. We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or distribution management is required. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are important, along with the ability to work effectively with a team.
