Legal Counsel

A 13-month contract opportunity is available for an experienced Legal Counsel to support a business-facing legal team. The role involves preparing and reviewing legal documents, advising on risk, and helping the organization make sound decisions through clear, practical guidance. Strong written and verbal communication skills are important, along with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage competing priorities. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of relevant legal experience and a solid foundation in drafting, analysis, and risk management. Bilingual ability in English and French is preferred. This position follows a hybrid work model, with part of the week spent on site and the remainder worked remotely. Compensation is competitive, with an annual salary range of $84,698 to $112,931, along with benefits.
