Lead Warehouse Shipper

We are seeking a hands-on warehouse leader to support shipping, receiving, and daily operations in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment. In this role, you will help keep product moving efficiently by coordinating staff assignments, providing clear day-to-day direction, and supporting onboarding and training for warehouse team members. You will also work closely with supervisors to share updates, raise concerns, and help maintain safe, organized, and productive operations. Key duties include loading and unloading trailers, preparing customer orders for delivery, receiving inbound goods, checking quantities and product condition, and ensuring items are stored and rotated correctly. You will assist with inventory control, product ordering, and order documentation using handheld devices and computer systems. The position also includes keeping docks, storage areas, and equipment clean and sanitary, while following safety, quality, and workplace procedures. This is an active role that involves physical work, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. A background in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations is preferred, along with the ability to guide others and work well as part of a team. The compensation for this position is $26.70 per hour, with a competitive benefits package and opportunities for learning and development.
