We are seeking a Lead, Strategy & Operations to join a dynamic and fast-paced team focused on delivering innovative financial services. In this role, you will be the key connector between strategic vision and operational execution. You will manage the OKR cadence, streamline decision-making processes, and eliminate unnecessary meetings, ensuring that the team remains focused on high-priority tasks.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing OKR planning, facilitating weekly business reviews, and ensuring that each team member understands their contributions to overall goals. You will act as a liaison among engineering, growth, and operations teams, translating technical language and unblocking dependencies.
A critical aspect of this role is to identify and redesign inefficient systems, leveraging automation to enhance productivity. You will also be responsible for distilling complex problems into actionable insights for leadership, managing special projects, and conducting ad-hoc analyses.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making. You should possess excellent organizational skills, technical literacy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. A proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership are essential for success in this role.
