Lead Process Engineer

We are seeking an experienced lead process engineer to guide front-end engineering work and process modeling across industrial energy projects. This role involves supervising process studies, developing and reviewing process designs, and supporting simulation activities from early concept through execution. You will also contribute to technical evaluations, assess project risks, and coordinate with external suppliers and technical partners as needed. The ideal candidate brings extensive process engineering experience, along with professional engineering registration. A strong background in process design, practical risk analysis, and managing vendor interactions is important for success in this position. You should be comfortable working on complex projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and helping ensure technical quality throughout the project lifecycle. This position follows a hybrid work arrangement, with some time spent in the office and some working remotely. The role is well suited to a senior engineer who can provide technical leadership, manage priorities effectively, and support delivery on large-scale industrial assignments.
